I get it, you have questions. These are some of the questions my clients ask the most.

I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment. What happens to my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If for some reason you can not make your appointment, you will lose your deposit. Should you want to schedule another appointment, you will have to submit another $30 deposit to secure your time.

Why are deposits non-refundable and non-transferable?

When a client schedules an appointment, they secure a time that is convenient for them. If they cancel, it takes away from the other clients who could’ve booked an appointment during that time slot.

I am not available until 6:30pm. Can I schedule my hair appointment after 6?

Unfortunately I take my last appointment at 6pm.

I have a small child. Can I bring her to my appointment?

Unfortunately no additional people can accompany you to your appointment.

Do you style children’s hair?

I work with children 12 years old and up.

What hair do you recommend for vacations?

Loose waves and deep waves are my go to for vacations

Do you provide box braids,cornrows or locc services?

No. But I do crochet loccs and other styles.

How long should I keep my weave in?

I’d suggest removing your weave once you hit the 6-8 week mark.

How long can a closure weave last?

You can keep a closure weave in for approximately 4 weeks with maintenance.

Can a weave or wig be washed?

Yes. I’d wait 2 weeks after it has been installed.

Can I request for a wig unit to be done the same day?

Yes you can. My preference is at least 1 weeks notice.

Do you dye bundles?

Yes. If you’d like your bundles dyed, please drop them off at my salon. I require 48 hours notice.

Do you provide hair?

Yes. You can purchase hair from Alwayzpretti@mayvenn.com

Do I have to cut my hair to achieve bangs?

No. We can create faux bangs that will not alter your natural hair.

Do I need a relaxer in order to have a ponytail or weave with leave out?

No. Your hair can be silk pressed to achieve the desired style.
